Neuse Termite & Pest Control

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...THEY ARE A LITTLE SMALL BUSINESS WITH TECHNISIONS WHO ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT PEST AT ALL...THIS COMPANY IS CAUSING ME TO AFTER FILE A LAWSUIT.THE TECH CAME IN DID A INSPECTION WALKED IN MY FRONT DOOR OF MY TWO STORY HOME SAID MY HOUSE WAS CLEAN BUT WE HAVE A BED BUG INFESTATION.I CALLED TERMINEX A LARGER COMPANY AND THEY STAYED IN MY HOME FOR OVER A HOUR TOOK THERE TIME CHECK ALL BEDS MATTRESSES EACH ROOM AND SAID I DID NOT HAVE ANY BED BUGS LIKE I KNEW I DID NOT.HE CAME IN MY HOME SAID U HAVE BED BUGS HERES HOW TO PREP FOR THE TREATMENT AND THE COST WILL BE 750$.WE ASKES WHY DID HE NOT CHECK BEDS HE SAID HE CAN TELL BY LOOKING IN ONE CORNER OF MY WALL.I SAW NOTHING IN THAT ONE CORNER.I TRIED CALLING TO FILE A CONPLAINT AND THERE WAS NOONE TO TALK TO.I WAS TOLD WE ARE A SMALL COMPANY I CAN SEND YOU TO THE MANAGERS VOICEMAIL.LONG STORY SHORT GO TO TERMINEX.

This place was recommended to me by my contractor. Called to make an apt. I needed a person to go into my crawl space to check out and see if the roach problem was coming from there. All he wanted to do was spread a little bait and charge me 90 plus dollars for the initial visit and 70 plus for follow ups. I told him that his website says there is no fee for the initial visit and the follow up visits are only $69. He got testy with me, told me he does not want to work with people who have phobias. I was very nice with him, even told his secretary that the phone number on his website is not in service anymore. Obviously this company have nice little uniforms but they do not want to get them dirty.

The guy that came to my home was right on time, he was very nice and very knowledgable, I'd had ongoing issues with ants and with one visit they were gone. They have been great with calling to set up our quarterly appointments and explaining all our options for ongoing pest control. I would, and have, recommend them for taking care of all your pest control needs!!

I order bedbug treatment service. ($175). they came in the house took them 5-10 minutes. spray may be 10oz water. then gone. I was told I should not have problem any more. Got bite same day. call back ask for another $95
